Amber Hanell - 2000 LINCOLN LS
I just bought a sleek 2000 Lincoln LS with no body rust or dents, minimal interior cosmetic wear, and four matching tires from Garrett and Lauren. I saw the car on craigslist and decided to drive the 2.5 hours after my partner and I corresponded with Garrett for days asking genres of car buying questions. He never once claimed to be a mechanic at all and was very forthcoming with photos and information. I took the vehicle on more than one test drive and was probably somewhat of a pain. I was treated with kindness, fairness and respect. Lauren is the thoughtful icing on the cake. I don't know what anyone else would expect from a young couple who own a used car lot but I'm extremely satisfied with the service and my purchase. I don't feel overcharged for my 19 year old used car. Thanks again 1-UP Automotive! I recommend, and would gladly do business with them again.
